On the weekend of April 17-19th, 2015 we would like you to join us for our annual @TeslaRoadTrip event for a fun and memorable weekend in Salisbury, MD.
Our “home base” of Salisbury, MD was chosen because of the local Tesla Supercharger and several J1772 chargers, making it easy for everyone to charge their cars and allow for more attendees. Like last year, we will have a charging ambassador to help coordinate everyone’s charging needs.
We’ve scheduled the event at a milder time of the year with a scenic drive to Ocean City MD. We’ll have a great all-you-can eat lunch with speakers and door prizes, time to spend on the beach & boardwalk with your family, friends and others in our wonderful Tesla community.
There will be a $35 registration fee per person to cover costs & insurance for the event.
(kids under 18 are free)

We have reserved a limited block of rooms at $89/night for the event, so we encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible. Please call the hotel at 410-334-3080 and mention “Tesla Road Trip” to get the special rate.

Event Lunch at Hoopers Crab House
On Saturday, we will have an event lunch at Hoopers Crab House in Ocean City. During the lunch we will have guest speakers and door prizes. The lunch will be an all-you-can eat buffet style meal. Seafood, Non-Seafood and Vegetarian choices will be available. There will be separate prices for adults & children. Soft drinks will be included in meal price.

Dinner in Salisbury, MD at Adam’s Taphouse Grille
We have arranged a dinner in Salisbury on Saturday evening at 7:30pm. If you are interested in attending, please indicate your interest in the registration form by checking the appropriate box – this will help us determine how many people would like to attend.
Costs for this dinner are handled on your own with individual tabs and food can be ordered off their regular menu.
Registration is required to attend the event. You (and your guests if applicable) will receive a name badge when checking in and must wear it at all times during the event.
After the registration process you will receive an email with a link to process the registration payment for you and your guests. There is a $35 charge for all adults 18 and older to cover costs & insurance for the event. We are using PayPal for these payments.
